Damen and Trinoxx cooperate on new Combat Support Ship

Damen Naval and Trinoxx will once more join forces for a new cooperation. The latest collaboration will encompass the engineering, production and supply by Trinoxx of the windows and portholes for the Royal Netherlands Navy’s Combat Support Ship (CSS) Den Helder. The works will be carried out at Damen Shipyards Galati in Rumania, where the ship is being built.

Just like Damen, Trinoxx is rooted in the Netherlands, with its head office located in Hardinxveld-Giessendam. In addition to windows and portholes, Trinoxx also is a leading player in the field of accommodation outfitting products, pilot chairs and ships’ elevators.

The Trinoxx/Damen cooperation spans decades, with Trinoxx supplying its products to Damen locations all over the world.

Damen Naval looks back on successful previous collaborations with Trinoxx. This includes the Holland class ocean-going patrol vessels and the Joint Support Ship Zr.Ms. Karel Doorman, also for the KM.
